No. We are a planning service, not a travel agent. Our guides tell you what to book, when and where, and include booking links. You make the bookings yourself, directly with the rail operator, Interrail or the hotel.

We currently have routes in Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Austria and Poland, with more on the way.

It depends on the route. For short trips in countries with cheap domestic fares, individual tickets are often better value. In countries with expensive fares, or on longer multi-country trips, a pass can save money. Every guide gives a recommendation for its route, and our free pass comparison tool helps you check.

Place your order and fill in our trip questionnaire. We build a personal plan around your dates, budget, interests and travel style, and email it to you within 14 working days. You get 2 rounds of changes within 14 days of delivery.

If you haven’t downloaded your guide, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund. Once a guide has been downloaded, we can’t refund it for a change of mind. If it’s faulty or not as described, we’ll fix or replace it, or refund you if we can’t. See our Refund Policy for full details.
